Returns and Refunds
Everything is handmade and made-to-order. Once an order is shipped, refunds and cancellations are not possible. If you need to cancel or change your order, please reach out to me during the Open Shop period. After the shop closes, orders will be prepped and shipped as out as instructed.
Returns are not accepted. All packages will be shipped with USPS and insured for up to $100 value. I am not responsible for stolen or damaged packages. Please reach out to USPS to file a claim.
